Cancellation.
We aim to be as flexible as possible and are happy to alter bookings at your request, but where cancellations are made at the last minute we may sometimes have to charge you due to the cost in lost business.
Where cancellations are made with less than 7 days notice, 25% of the value of booking may be charged.
Where cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the value of the booking may be charged.
If we successfully rebook the room then there won't be any charge to you for cancellation.
