Payment.
We don’t normally require any upfront payment or deposit when you make a booking; instead we will take your debit or credit card details and in the event of late cancellation we will invoice you as per our cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide debit or credit card details then we will require a 10% deposit in order to confirm your booking.
We will normally require payment in full on departure. We can accept payment by credit/debit card (standard Mastercard, Visa, Switch or Solo), by cheque (with cheque guarantee card) or by cash.
For functions, conferences and multiple bookings different payment policies may apply, please enquire at the time of booking.
