Cancellation Policy

There are several cancellation policies that apply for A) bookings of 4 rooms or fewer; B) bookings of 5 rooms or more; and C) events, conferences and special offers.

A) For bookings of 4 rooms or fewer, cancellation is free up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Thereafter the full value of the booking will be charged from the credit/debit card number that you have provided.

For most weekday dates 24 hour cancellation will be available but this must be requested at the time of booking and must be present on the booking confirmation that we send to you.

B) For bookings of 5 rooms or more, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking value.

Up to 3 weeks prior to arrival cancellation of the whole booking will be possible without incurring any further charges beyond the deposit.

With less than 3 weeks but no more than 1 week prior to arrival cancellation of the whole booking will be possible but will incur a charge of 50% of the total value of the booking.

With less than 1 week prior to arrival cancellation of the whole booking will incur a charge of 100% of the total value of the booking.

Cancellation of part of the booking may be made without charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival, so long as this accounts for no more than 20% of the total booking value.

C) For bookings of events, conferences and special offers, other terms may apply. Please enquire when booking if unsure.
